A physician-based weight loss program

Our medically supervised weight loss program offers an exceptional weight loss protocol without adverse side effects.

A combination of medications, guidance, and monitoring helps you reach your weight loss goals.

We will educate you and guide you through your weight loss and maintenance journey.

Before you start the program, your history will be taken, you will be examined, and your labs will be done to screen you for any pre-existing conditions. You will be monitored on a weekly basis to make sure you reach your weight loss goals safely. At each medical visit, your vital signs, body composition will be monitored. You will be injected with the GLP medications, and supplements will be available for purchase.

The weekly monitoring visits are an integral part of our program and are mandatory to ensure your progress and to support you with any challenges you may encounter. We will provide you with nutritional, medical, and emotional support so that you can reach your goal weight and keep it off.

Prescribed Medications

  • GLP-1 Receptor Agonist
  • Dual GIP/GLP-1 Receptor Agonist
  • Triple GIP/GLP-1/Glucagon Receptor Agonist2.

Purpose and Mechanism of Action

GLP receptor agonist medications work through one or more of the following mechanisms:

  1. GLP-1 (Glucagon-Like Peptide-1) Receptor Activation: These medications mimic the action of the naturally occurring GLP-1 hormone, which helps regulate blood sugar by stimulating insulin secretion when blood sugar is high, slowing gastric emptying, suppressing glucagon secretion, and increasing feelings of fullness by acting on appetite centers in the brain.
  2. GIP (Glucose-Dependent Insulinotropic Polypeptide) Receptor Activation: Some medications also target the GIP receptor, which enhances insulin secretion and complements the effects of GLP-1 receptor activation.
  3. Glucagon Receptor Activation: Triple agonists additionally activate the glucagon receptor, which may potentially increase energy expenditure and enhance weight loss effects beyond what is achieved with GLP-1 or dual GLP-1/GIP receptor agonists.

The potential benefits of treatment may include:

  • Improved blood sugar control in type 2 diabetes
  • Weight reduction
  • Reduced cardiovascular risk
  • Decreased appetite and increased feeling of fullness
  • Potential improvement in metabolic parameters
